Ioana Groza is a young scenographer from Arad, who graduated in 2022 from the University of Theatre and Cinema Arts in Bucharest, in the scenography department. During her years of study she collaborated on both theatre and film projects with students from Bucharest and abroad.

Since 2020 she has been assistant to the scenographer Adrian Damian on various projects on the major stages of the country: "Parents and Children", directed by Vlad Massaci at the National Theatre of Bucharest, "Norma", directed by Alice Barb at the National Opera of Bucharest. He had the honour to work alongside set designer Helmut Stürmer in the DbutanT camp in 2022. "A Midsummer Night's Dream" directed by Kristof Szabo is her first collaboration with the German Theatre in Timișoara.
